Plain-language privacy
Privacy Notice
Effective: 5 October 2026
What this website collects
We do not create visitor accounts, run our own advertising, or collect newsletter subscription email addresses. Our hosting provider may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
Messages from grown-ups
The contact form is for parents, guardians, and other adults. If an adult submits it, Google Forms processes the name, reply email, and message so we can read and respond. Please do not include a child’s full name, contact details, school, precise location, image, voice recording, or other identifying information. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer, maintain appropriate records, and handle safety or legal concerns.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, use the contact form, write “Privacy request” in the message, and ask us to review or delete it.
Third-party services
Spotify supplies the podcast player and episode links. Google supplies the contact form and web fonts. When you load or use those features, those providers may receive technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Review the Spotify Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Facebook and Instagram receive information only when you choose to follow their links.
Your choices and requests
You may avoid the embedded Spotify player and Google form and use the ordinary Spotify or social links instead. A parent or guardian may ask to access, correct, or delete information sent through the contact form by submitting a privacy request. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS, restrictive browser security headers, limited data collection, and trusted service providers. No online service can promise absolute security. We keep personal information only for a legitimate operational, safety, or legal need and then delete or anonymize it when reasonably practical.
Changes
We may update this notice when the website or its services change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
Contact
For privacy questions, use the parent/guardian contact form and begin the message with “Privacy request.”
